* HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN: Contact us via our website contact us page and choose from the dropdown list “Returns & Refunds” to send us a request for an RMA (return material authorization) number. Please specify what product you are seeking to return. We will then respond to your request with 24 hours with an RMA number and the closest NeverLostGolf ™ receiving address where you will need to ship your NeverLostGolf ™ item at your own cost. NeverLostGolf ™ is not responsible for the shipping costs.

* HOW LONG IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY IN EFFECT?: The NeverLostGolf Tee Saver™ has a lifetime replacement warranty. We will replace without cost a replacement of the same color of every NeverLostGolf Tee Saver™ that is defected or damaged to a point that it cannot be used as it was intended to be used. All other products sold through NeverLostGolf™ have a ninety (90) day refund warranty from the date of purchase. The replacement or refund requested product must be returned via our return procedures prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
