NeverLostGolf starts its patent process within the European Union
NeverLostGolf has started it patent process within the European Union. It has done so by retaining one of the largest and top patent attorney law firms within all Europe. Although the patenting process and application was already filed in the United States for patenting of The NeverLostGolf Tee Saver, that application was not an International patent application. Therefore, NeverLostGolf has started it's patenting process within the European Union Countries, which will comprise together with the United States patent application about 80% (eighty percent) of the worlds golfing market. Further world-wide patents will be sought at a later date.

NeverLostGolf Tee Saver is submitted to USGA for "legal use" ruling
The NeverLostGolf Tee Saver has been submitted to the United States Golf Association (USGA) which is the organization that makes the official rules for the Professional Golf Association (PGA). This submission to the USGA is so that the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver can be officially tested and ruled upon as to its “legal” use in official golf tournaments. Because of the already established rule of the USGA, rule 14-3, NeverLostGolf expects a positive ruling which will open the door to many other opportunities in sales and marketing.
