NeverLostGolf ™ was notified today from the giant of the e-commerce industry Amazon .com that it was backing our claim from NeverLostGolf ™ that a knock off product that was trying to illegally use the NeverLostGolf "Tee Saver" ™ name. Amazon stated that the offending product was taken down out of their online stores and will be permanently barred from offering a new similar product.

NeverLostGolf ™ has filed for Trademark protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office that not only will protect its unique and iconic name (NeverLostGolf ™ ) but will also trademark protect the word / term "Golf Tee Saver" either in whole or in part.
NeverLostGolf logo is going back for the future

NeverLostGolf has decided to abandoned its newer logo to go back to the original logo in which NeverLostGolf was founded. It was a unanimous decision whereas even people connected by Facebook immediately sent their "Likes" of the change to the original logo. It is simple says NeverLostGolf….. we never really liked the newer replacement logo, and it just feels right to go back to where we started from. We are happy now !!

NeverLostGolf wins patent battle

On the 28th of February 2013 NeverLostGolf won a unanimous court decision against the former attorney of NeverLostGolf who tried to steal the NeverLostGolf patent with false claims. Not only did the panel of three judges unanimously agree that the defendant illegally tried to take possession of the NeverLostGolf patent, but also that the false witnesses that the defendant tried to present to the court were not credible. The court decision was additionally damming due to the fact that the court and judges where this decision was made is the same court where the offending attorney / defendant has practiced law for over 20 years. The court ordered an immediate return of the patents to the rightful patent inventor Mr. Carnell. Substantial damages are now being sought along with possible criminal prosecution against the defendant.

Golf Am Niederrhein is a very well respected and “upper class” golf magazine in the Nordrhein Westfalen area of Germany, where many magnificent golf courses can be found. This is the second time that the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver has been featured in the “GAN” magazine. The first time being back in 2006 when the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver was just beginning its introduction into the European marketplace. NeverLostGolf has received the second of its two patent requests covering the E.U. from the patent office in Munich, Germany. The International Patent Code (IPC) A63B 57/00 (Gebrauchsmusters Nr. 20 2010 016 814.7) has been given to the NeverLostGolf Mat System which features the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver.

Looking at the trend of sales of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver, the company has seen a rise in sales from around the world. The latest order came from PGA professional Markus Strobl of the “Modern Golf Club” in Austria. After seeing the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver demonstrated on the company website, Markus contacted NeverLostGolf to inquire about putting the Tee Saver in his Pro Shop.

The entry of the patent in the “Geschmacksmusterregister” under file number 40 2010 006 909.9 was placed on this date.
