NeverLostGolf wins patent battle

On the 28th of February 2013 NeverLostGolf won a unanimous court decision against the former attorney of NeverLostGolf who tried to steal the NeverLostGolf patent with false claims. Not only did the panel of three judges unanimously agree that the defendant illegally tried to take possession of the NeverLostGolf patent, but also that the false witnesses that the defendant tried to present to the court were not credible. The court decision was additionally damming due to the fact that the court and judges where this decision was made is the same court where the offending attorney / defendant has practiced law for over 20 years. The court ordered an immediate return of the patents to the rightful patent inventor Mr. Carnell. Substantial damages are now being sought along with possible criminal prosecution against the defendant.

NeverLostGolf puts its "Going Green" actions to work

“Tee Savers Saves Trees !!!” ….. Not only is this a “catchy” slogan, it is factual in reality. The NeverLostGolf Tee Saver reduces the breakage of a normal wooden golf tee up to 30% of the time that our Tee Saver is used. Less broken golf tees, translates into less trees in our fragile world’s forest’s being cut down to create more golf tees. Furthermore, in keeping with its “Going Green” commitment, NeverLostGolf has reduced its paper consumption / usage by reducing substantially the paper weight used for its packaging to single order customers. “We are now using 200 gram paper for our packaging instead of the heavier 250 gram weight paper” says the company CEO. “We have determined that we could do more in saving environmental resources by reducing our paper product intake with our packaging because people normally will not keep the paper based packaging, and in most cases only look at it once or twice before throwing it away”. So now our single order customers will notice a lighter more flexible packaging instead of the heavier weighted paper that is normally used for hanging or standing displays in retail stores and pro shops.

2012 begins NLG's "Green" campaign

NeverLostGolf has decided that 2012 will be the year of letting every golfer know that by using a NeverLostGolf Tee Saver that they are actually helping Mother Nature and the enviornment. That's because when a golfer uses a NeverLostGolf Tee Saver, that golfer is 15 to 30% less likely to break a "wooden" golf tee. And since the game of golf has been originally invented to use a natural wooden golf tee as a fundamental part of the golf game, the breakage of less golf tees through the use of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver can add up to a significant number of wooden golf tees not being broken world-wide. This then translates into saving trees in endangered forests all around the world. "Tee Savers / Saves Trees" is our slogan. We are proud to be doing our part to help save a most valuable resourse. Do your part too by using a NeverLostGolf Tee Saver.

PGA Pro helps NLG new "third generation" design

PGA Professional Earl Spry is due absolute credit in the new “third generation” design of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver. While in a recent meeting with the inventor of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver, Earl casually displayed why he is such an established professional in the game of golf. In this meeting, while contemplating the possible problems that NeverLostGolf might have in its search to make the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver USGA / PGA legal, Earl suggested a new redesign of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver that not only should boost the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver chances to be legalized by the USGA, but also will be hailed as its new “third generation” Tee Saver. The suggestion by Earl on its redesign can be seen as not short of genius. The new “third generation” NeverLostGolf Tee Saver should be released for sales within the next few months.
