The legalization of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver has been referred to the highest level of consideration by the staff of the United States Golf Association (USGA). In it’s correspondence to the ownership of the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver, the USGA staff has suggested that NeverLostGolf takes it’s legalization request to the United States Golf Association Equipment Standards Committee meeting, which is being held June 2011 in Washington D.C.. The ownership of NeverLostGolf is currently contemplating as to what sort of representation it will make to the committee, whereas the NLG team can make a personal appearance appeal directly to the committee in an effort to explain clearly their right to have the NeverLostGolf Tee Saver made officially legal via rule 14-3. The NeverLostGolf ownership is also interviewing different sport law firms within the Washington D.C. area that can make the appeal from a legal platform.
